These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teammates Unite applications (including TMU Soccer) and the teammatesunite.com website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Teammates Unite ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Teammates Unite provides a digital platform for grassroots sports communities. Our Service includes tools for finding games, club and roster management, tournament organization, scheduling, team communication, attendance tracking, and payment collection. Our first application, TMU Soccer, is focused on the grassroots soccer community, with additional sports to follow. The Service is offered through our mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web dashboard.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Teammates Unite offers free and paid subscription plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
The Service allows team managers and tournament organizers to collect payments from members and participants for related expenses (club dues, registration fees, tournament entry fees, etc.). All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using the payment collection feature, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Teammates Unite acts as a platform facilitating these transactions and is not a party to transactions between organizers and participants.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (team information, schedules, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and content created by Teammates Unite, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to the Service itself. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teammates Unite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
