Refund Policy

At Teammates Unite, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscription fees and in-app payments processed through our platform.

1. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription (Ad-Free, Club Pro, or Organizer plan), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@teammatesunite.com with your account details and reason for the refund.

After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be made. If you do not cancel, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period.

3. In-App Payment Collection

For payments collected through the platform (e.g., club dues, tournament entry fees, registration fees collected by team managers or tournament organizers):

  • Refund requests for team or tournament payments should be directed to the manager or organizer who initiated the payment request, as they are the recipient of those funds
  • Teammates Unite can facilitate the refund process at the request of the organizer through the Stripe dashboard
  • Processing fees may not be refundable depending on the payment processor's terms

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a Teammates Unite subscription:

  • Email us at support@teammatesunite.com
  • Include your account email address
  • Include the date and amount of the charge
  • Provide a brief reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal
  • Disputes related to team or tournament payments that should be resolved between the organizer and the paying participant

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving payment disputes promptly and fairly.
