If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription (Ad-Free, Club Pro, or Organizer plan), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@teammatesunite.com with your account details and reason for the refund.
After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be made. If you do not cancel, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period.
